How to use essential oils on your kids
By Aimee Heckel
Essential oils have a reputation as a non-invasive, inexpensive, natural way to help plenty of health issues, from stress to belly aches to headaches.
But on the back of the bottle, many of the quality oils warn against use on children.
Although essential oils are natural, they can be harmful if ingested in large quantities, so it’s best to keep them out of your kids’ reach. Plus, they are highly concentrated. Some concentrations may not be safe for little bodies.
Instead, here are some other ways to use essential oils for your kids:
1. Use kid-friendly, essential oil-enhanced bath products.
