Best free food coupons of the week
By Laurence MacNaughton
It’s been said that there’s no such thing as a free lunch. But don’t worry, this roundup of free restaurant coupons pretty much lays that myth to rest!
Eat free at IKEA
This weekend (Dec. 8 and 9, 2012), you can dine for free at participating IKEA locations when you make a $100 furniture purchase.
All you have to do is hang onto your receipt and the coupon they’ll give you at the restaurant. Hand them to the cashier when you check out with your furniture purchase.
Faster than you can say, “Flat-pack furniture and meatballs with lingonberries,” they’ll deduct the price of your meal. It’s that easy.
Assembling the furniture when you get home, though, that’s another story.
Pei Wei BOGO entree
Ever wanted to learn about 35 fresh vegetables, herbs and spices in just two minutes?
Didn’t think so. Want to get a free Pei Wei entree instead?
Now we’re talking.
Just watch this Pei Wei video and enter your email address. In return, Pei Wei will send you a coupon for a BOGO entree deal.
After that, you can impress everyone over dinner with your newfound vegetable expertise. Or not.
Free slice of Sbarro pizza
Some deals (like the Domino’s offer, below) are so easy, they’re foolproof. Then there’s this Sbarro’s offer, which can get a little finicky.
To make this offer work, you’ll need the ZIP code of the nearest Sbarro. (Just Google it, or click here for Sbarro locations.)
Got the ZIP code? Good. Now, just fill out this Sbarro coupon form, and presto: you’ll get a Sbarro coupon in your email for a free slice of NY Cheese pizza.
Yes, free pizza. Sometimes, wishes do come true.
50% off any Domino’s pizza
This isn’t a freebie, but it’s still an awesome deal. And it’s about as easy as you can get, because you don’t even need a coupon. Seriously. We can’t make this stuff up.
Just place an order online at the Domino’s website by Dec. 9, 2012, and you’ll get 50% off any pizza.
Which leaves you with a tough choice: Do you get your usual pizza for half price, or do you splurge and get an even bigger pizza?
Decisions, decisions. Either way, you can’t go wrong. But leave us a comment and let us know how it works out.
