CES 2015: The 4 products that will blow your mind
The annual Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas wrapped up last week, featuring plenty of products that had techies and not-so-techies excited about the possibilities of what’s to come. Here are four new products introduced at the event that we certainly think fit that bill:
BodyForm Foam Roller with Deep Tissue & Vibration Massage: If you’re an athlete or gym rat, this might be your favorite product to come out of CES this year. The Biggest Loser’s Dolvett Quince teamed up with Brookstone to develop a foam roller, above, that features three speeds of vibration to help target and relax different muscle groups. Your muscles will thank you if you add this recovery device to your routine.
iHome Smart Plug: This little plug could be a game-changer. Use it to plug in your lamps, a fan or any other appliance and you’ll be able to control it with your smartphone via an app. Turning on the coffee pot without leaving the comfy confines of the bedroom? Now, that’s technology at its best!
Samsung Flex Duo Dual Door Oven: Big-time bakers with small kitchens are likely to covet Samsung’s latest oven. The new design features a divider that can separate the oven horizontally, essentially creating two mini-ovens that can be controlled independently. Plus, the door hinges, meaning you can open just the top half instead of the entire oven. This could be the double-oven of your dreams if you’re kitchen space is limited.
AfterShokz Bluez Headphones: Aftershokz won the 2013 CES Innovations award for its headphones that don’t actually go in your ears, but wrap over them. In 2015, the company upped the ante with a bluetooth version that allows you to listen to your music wirelessly and still hear what’s going on around you—for example, the guy on the bike shouting “on your left” as you’re running your favorite trail.
