Carolyn from Carolyn’s Homework
was inspired by colorful, wrapped pencils she came across at Anthropologie and knew she could make them herself. These are a perfect addition to any child’s desk for the new school year!
What you’ll need:
Pencils or Color Pencils
Tissue Paper (the more colorful the better!)
Mod Podge or Glue
- To make these pencils, simply cut a piece of tissue paper about 2 inches longer than your pencil.
- Roll the tissue paper around your pencil and adhere with Mod Podge or glue.
- Once the Mod Podge has dried, cut the tops into fringe and twist.
