You can find all kinds of great deals on various retailers’ websites, but even better are the deals that come along with ShopAtHome’s compendium of coupons. If you’re looking for new electronics, upgrades to old ones or just a little free shipping on accessories you need, you’ll want to check out the offers from Dell, where you can also earn as much as 2 percent Cash Back on purchases. Here are a few of the best coupons, and some suggestions on what to do with them.
That new laptop you needed
Dell is best known for its computers, of course, and one of the best coupon deals you’re going to find from Dell is one that knocks 20 percent off the price of a new computer. The offer applies to two systems: the Inspiron 15R and the Inspiron One 20, both of which are good for different tasks. The 15R is a pretty powerful machine, with 8 gigabytes of RAM, a 1-terabyte hard drive and an Intel Core i5 processor, and comes in at $870 before the discount. With those stats, it’ll make a solid machine for gaming, among lots of other projects.
The Inspiron One 20 is less powerful and accompanied by a lower price tag of $750 before the discount. It packs Windows 8, an Intel Premium processor and 4GB of RAM — not exactly blazing fast, but still worthy for more everyday tasks like surfing the web and lots of other functions.
There’s another great offer on laptops from Dell, as well — this one giving 25 percent off on three selected, higher-end computers. The New Inspiron 17R sports a 17-inch screen, an Intel Core i5 processor, 1TB of hard drive space and 8GB of RAM; the Inspiron 4Z packs a 14-inch screen, Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM and 500GB of hard drive space; and the Inspiron One 23 comes with a 23-inch monitor, Core i7 processor, 8GB of RAM and 1TB hard drive. They’re priced at $920, $1020 and $1370, respectively, but that’s before your 25 percent discount.
