For the next two weeks, you can get your morning coffee fix while giving your wallet a break.
McDonald’s is hosting its first-ever national “Free Coffee Event” March 31 through April 13. During that time, you can swing by your local participating McDonald’s and receive a free small freshly brewed cup of McCafe coffee. The free coffee is only available during breakfast hours, but no coupon is required.
At select locations, such as high-traffic and transportation hub restaurants, there also will be “live musical performances” and “spontaneous comedy experiences” to kick off the two weeks of free coffee.
And when the promotion ends in mid-April, McDonald’s will start up another campaign in which a Twitter follower of @McCafe will win coffee and other prizes each day.
