Holiday tradition roundup: What the stars are planning this season
By ShopAtHome.com
The holiday season is a time for creating family traditions, and celebrities, like the rest of us, are busy making plans. Celebrity Baby Scoop caught up with several stars to see what they’ll be up to this month.
Alyson Hannigan & Alexis Denisof: The star of How I Met Your Mother, her husband, and their daughters, 4-year-old Satyana, and 19-month-old Keeva, says the brood will be at home this Christmas.
“I think the girls are worried that if we went somewhere else Santa might not be able to find us,” Hannigan tells the website. “The holidays are a very magical time of year and I look forward to starting traditions we will keep up every year.”
Melissa Reeves: The Days of our Lives actress tells Celebrity Baby Scoop she and her 21-year-old daughter love to decorate and get crafty, “but family time is always my favorite part and celebrating the true meaning of Christmas.”
Kristian Alfonso: Reeves’ fellow Days of our Lives star says celebrating with her three sons and husband is a holiday must. “So to have all my boys come together and my whole family in once place is so special. It’s what we all work so hard for,” she tells the website.
Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott: The parents of four children love to celebrate. “We cook big meals and we bake a lot,” Spelling tells Celebrity Baby Scoop. “We also make our own ornaments for Christmas each year. So every year we have our ornaments from the year before, and then we add on new ones. My goal is that when my kids are adults, they will each have their own box of all the ornaments they made throughout their childhood.”
Bill and Giuliana Rancic: The parents of Duke, 1, tell the website they’re excited to introduce their son to Santa this year. “That’s big in our house,” Bill Rancic tells the website. “He got a glimpse of him last year when he was very young, and he will definitely be ready for Santa this year.”
