Lesley loves: Avon Anew Clinical Pro Line Eraser, Eye Treatment
“Mommy, why are there two lines between your eyes?”
“Mom, how did you get those lines on your forehead?”
“Will I have lines on my face when I grow up, Mommy?”
Yep, I had had enough of the wrinkle talk with my kids. Despite wanting to cry, “Yes, children, those are lines on my face — and you caused them!” I bit my tongue, and instead decided to give two products from Avon’s Anew Clinical Pro line a try.
First, the Anew Clinical Pro Line Eraser Treatment, $39.99. Promising to fade deep wrinkles in just a week, with visible improvement of fine wrinkles in two weeks, this product is to be used morning and night.
I quickly became addicted to its light lotion-like feel and loved that it was scent-free and just glided on my skin. The stuff contains something called A-F33, which “works unlike potent anti-agers AHA, retinol, injectable collagen.” They had me at “anti-agers.”
I also began applying the Anew Clinical Pro Line Eraser Eye Treatment, $34.99, which also contains A-F33, and promises to reduce crow’s feet. It goes on super light, as well, is scent-free and can be used morning and night.
Now, I’m a skeptic when it comes to most anti-aging claims, but, I have to say, I feel like I’ve seen a difference in the three weeks or so that I’ve been using these products. At the least, my skin is softer and feels more moisturized (which is saying a lot, seeing as I live in the Mile High City). At the best, I really do think my fine lines look a little less obvious.
At any rate, I haven’t heard a, “Mommy, how did you get those lines on your face?” question in weeks. And that, alone, makes these two products worth every cent.
