Christmas decorations may come in all styles, from old school wreaths to literal jingling bells and humongous light up lawn ornaments, but there’s no reason in almost-2014 to go with decorations that don’t have a little flair. I know I just made a big deal about getting with the times and ditching vintage boring ornaments, but there are exceptions to every rule and this is mine. If you want to stick with something that at least appears old school, pick up this vintage “Joy” sign. It lights up, so it meets my criteria of at least being somewhat gadget-y, but it also has an old school look that’ll warm the hearts of anyone who sees it.
