Recipe Of The Week: Mango Salsa
for 2 servings
- 1 ½ cups mango, diced
- ½ cup red bell pepper, finely diced
- ½ cup green bell pepper, finely diced
- ½ cup red onion, finely
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Serve with chips or as a topping on your favorite meal.
