Style Honestly blog faces the truth
Tiff Ima of Style Honestly is a woman on a mission — to stay honest with herself. She uses her blog as a way to fuel her creativity both in her style and in her life. Like us, she loves a good deal, thrifting and looking great on a budget. When we asked her about what she thought of ShopAtHome.com, she said she only wished she had come across it earlier. With our common love of savings, it looks like we are best friends in the making. Meet Tiff …
Where I’m based: Columbus, Ohio
How long I’ve been blogging: I’ve been a part of the blogging world since Jan. 1, 2013 — almost six months!
Blog/business basics: My blog is a fashion and lifestyle blog that faces the truth; hence the name Style Honestly. I post my personal style, but I also share bits and pieces of my life that I believe will help others grow, be encouraged and share my faith in Christ.
Guilty pleasure: Well, I like really corny movies and TV shows. Things that come on ABC Family and the Disney channel that I know are terrible. Movies like Bring it On: All or Nothing or Mean Girls 2 and shows like Secret Life of The American Teenager. Don’t get me wrong, I’m aware of the poor writing and terrible acting, but I can’t help it. I actually have great movie taste outside of that.
Last thing I bought: White Gardenia body cream and Eau De Toilette from the The Body Shop. They were on clearance, so I bought three of the perfumes at $5 each and the cream for $10.
How would you define your style? Funky and feminine, with a vintage flair.
What is the best outfit you’ve ever rocked? That’s really hard. Maybe I should ask my readers. How about the best outfit in the last month? I wore this gorgeous blue floral vintage dress. It was comfortable, feminine and perfect.
What accessories do you gravitate towards? I love button earrings, shoes and lately, I have been getting more into necklaces.
What’s the best deal you’ve ever gotten? This is super, super hard. I have a knack for finding really good deals. I did buy these black Franco Sarto Mary Jane pumps in January for about $15. They were originally around $100, but they were on clearance and I had a reward and a birthday coupon from DSW. I was super excited and they will last a while.
